Nina Parker

Nina Parker is a London based chef, author and director of her own catering company, NINA Food. Her latest book is Nina Capri, a collection of recipes from Italy's Amalfi coast.

She has worked in some of London's most prestigious restaurants including; L'Anima, Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, Locanda Locatelli and was head chef at Jacob Kennedy's (from Bocca Di Lupo) Gelupo earning Time Out's best gelateria during her time there in 2012. Aside from writing the books, she caters for private dinners, popup restaurants, wedding cakes, events with her 1970's Citroen ice cream van and creates online recipes for magazines and blogs.
