2kg gammon, boned and rolled
Fruit & Vegetables
4 onions
6 celery sticks
6 carrots
1 garlic bulb, halved widthways
Salad & Fresh Herbs
thyme, (optional)
1 handful of thyme sprigs
Store Cupboard
2 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
2 tbsp of honey
1 tsp brown sugar
Oils & Vinegars
1 tsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
