Ingredients
Aperol spritz
90ml of Prosecco
60ml of Aperol
30ml of soda water
ice
orange, sliced to garnish
Method

Fill a large wine glass with ice

Pour in the Prosecco, followed by the Aperol and then top up with soda water

Garnish with orange slices and serve
