Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 1 red onion, sliced into wedges and divided into petals
  • 3 small potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 200g of broad beans, fresh or frozen

Dairy

  • 30g of lard, or a drizzle of olive oil

Delicatessen

  • 200g of pancetta, cubed

Store Cupboard

  • 800ml of vegetable stock, hot
