  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 50g of flat-leaf parsley, stems removed

Store Cupboard

  • 24 anchovy fillets
  • 2 tbsp of capers
  • fine sea salt, as needed

Bakery

  • 50g of stale bread, crust removed

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
  • 150ml of extra virgin olive oil, plus more as needed

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • freshly ground black pepper, as needed
