  • 120g of icing sugar, sifted

Cheese

  • 300g of ricotta, fresh if you can get it and drained

Dairy

  • 5 eggs
  • unsalted butter, to grease the tin

Speciality Ingredients

  • 30ml of orange blossom water
  • edible flowers, to decorate
