1 - Open to UK residents, aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Great British Chefs Ltd, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the management of the prize draw.

2 - No purchase necessary. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted.

3 - To enter, complete the submission requirements within the dates as stated on the entry page.

4 - Closing Date: 23:59 on 04 July 2018.

5 - Only one entry per person – only completed registrations during the specific promotional period will be entitled to be entered into the draw.

6 - The Prize: Inntravel’s 4-night self-guided Apples and Vines cycling holiday to South Tyrol for two people (sharing a room). The prize includes 4 nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation, 2 dinners, cycle hire, rail transfers from/to Verona Porta Nuova station, luggage transfers between hotels and detailed route notes and maps, as stated on the Apples and Vines holiday page on Inntravel’s website. The prize also includes return flights from the UK to Verona (up to the value of £200 per person).

The prize must be taken between 1 September – 27 October 2018, or season dates April – July 2019 and September – October 2019 (excluding travel over UK Bank Holidays), and is subject to availability and Inntravel’s normal Booking Conditions. Both passengers must travel on the same flight. Note that the prize is for a holiday that involves cycling up to 74km on one day (with the possibility of shortening the route by taking a train). The routes are easy to moderate with occasional ascents. Participants should be physically able and suitably equipped to fulfil the demands of the holiday.

The prize winner and companion are responsible for all incidental expenses, additional airport transfer costs, for obtaining travel insurance and having a valid passport and any applicable visas. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. In the event that the prize is unavailable or if circumstances beyond Inntravel’s control make it necessary to do so, Inntravel reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, award an alternative prize of equal or higher value.

7 - Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes unless otherwise stated.

8 - Great British Chefs Ltd may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.

9 - For details of the winner please email competitions@greatbritishchefs.com within four weeks of the closing date.

10 - No cash or other alternative to the stated prize is available, except in the event of unforeseen circumstances the stated prize is no longer available; Great British Chefs Ltd reserves the right to provide a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value.

11 - Winners will be selected from all valid entries in a random draw to be conducted within 7 working days of the closing date.

12 - Winners will be notified in writing using the email address submitted to enter the draw within 14 days of the draw date. The winner must then confirm acknowledgment by return email within 30 days or they will lose their entitlement to the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be void and may be used for future prize draws.

13 - Entrants agree that by entering a prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by the Great British Chefs Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw. Please read our privacy policy carefully to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are.

14 - Great British Chefs Ltd reserves the right to suspend / terminate any prize draw at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which may include without limitation a prize draw (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by, any denial-of service (DOS) attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions.

15 - To the extent permitted by law, Great British Chefs Ltd, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to Great British Chefs Ltd hereby expressly exclude:all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with any prize draw or any entry.

16 - As a condition of your entry into any prize draw, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry.
