1 - Open to those aged 18 and over with access to a UK postal address, excluding employees of Great British Chefs Ltd, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the management of the prize draw.

2 - No purchase necessary.

3 - To enter, answer the question and complete the submission requirements within the dates as stated on the entry page.

4 - Closing Date: Midnight on 1st April 2016.

5 - Only one entry per email address registration – only completed registrations during the specific promotional period will be entitled to be entered into the draw.

6 - The Prize: First prize - a Pasta pot with pasta strainer, Barilla apron, Barilla I Love Pasta cook book and a selection of products including: 500g Barilla Spaghetti, 500g Barilla penne, 400g Barilla Arrabbiata Sauce, 400g Mediterranean vegetable sauce. Four runner up prizes - Lasagne Pyrex dish, Barilla apron, 500g Barilla Lasagne and a 400g Barilla Bolognese base Sauce.

7 - Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes unless otherwise stated.

8 - Great British Chefs Ltd may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.

9 - For details of the winner please email support@greatbritishchefs.com within four weeks of the closing date.

10 - No cash or other alternative to the stated prize is available, except in the event of unforeseen circumstances the stated prize is no longer available; Great British Chefs Ltd reserves the right to provide a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value.

11 - Winners will be selected from all valid entries in a random draw to be conducted within 7 working days of the closing date.

12 - Winners will be notified in writing using the email address submitted to enter the draw within 14 days of the draw date. The winner must then confirm acknowledgment by return email within 30 days or they will lose their entitlement to the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be void and may be used for future prize draws.

13 - Entrants agree that by entering a prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by the Great British Chefs Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for the marketing and sending of other special offers. Entrant’s information may also be passed on to carefully selected third parties. Please read our privacy policy carefully to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are.

14 - Great British Chefs Ltd reserves the right to suspend / terminate any prize draw at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which may include without limitation a prize draw (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by, any denial-of service (DOS) attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions.

15 - To the extent permitted by law, Great British Chefs Ltd, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to Great British Chefs Ltd hereby expressly exclude:all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any entrant or winner in connection with any prize draw or any entry.

16 - As a condition of your entry into any prize draw, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry.
