How to pipe circles for baking meringues

This technique show you how to pipe meringue circles. With a bit of practice and a steady hand soon you will be able to pipe meringues easily. Have a go with Marcello Tully's glittering meringue forest.
Method
1
Draw circles around a evenly spaced pastry cutters
2
Pipe a spiral of meringue starting from the centre working outwards
3
Stop piping when you get to the edge of the circle
4
Continue until all the circles are piped and ready to bake
