How to whisk egg whites for kids

Before practising this technique make sure that the eggs are at room temperature and that the bowl is grease-free. Any grease present will inhibit the ability for egg whites to whisk forming stiff glossy peaks, to prevent this wipe the bowl with a lemon half. Have a go at whisking egg whites with Paul Heathcote's hot banana souffle or Agnar Sverrisson's passion fruit macarons.
