Bombardino

Ingredients
- 100ml of espresso coffee , freshly brewed and hot
- 60ml of Advocaat
- 60ml of brandy, or spiced rum
- whipped cream
- cinnamon powder
Method

Gently warm the advocaat in a pan over a low heat, then stir in the brandy and espresso

Divide the mixture between four glasses, topping with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve hot
