This Aperol spritz recipe offers a slice of 1950s Italian chic – the perfect summer tipple for aperitivo hour.

Ingredients

Metric

Imperial

Aperol spritz

  • 90ml of Prosecco
  • 60ml of Aperol
  • 30ml of soda water
  • ice
  • orange, sliced to garnish

Method

Fill a large wine glass with ice

Pour in the Prosecco, followed by the Aperol and then top up with soda water

Garnish with orange slices and serve
